POW! Gym Chicago is has many awesome traditions that incorporate our community and their friends. Because the holiday season is laced with added calories everywhere we turn, we invite everyone to join us for our annual POW! Christmas Crunch Challenge.  Every December we post an AB workout (or core) every morning at 6am on our Facebook page.  The goal is to do our 3-6 minute core workout on as many days as possible throughout the month of December.

We challenge you to do 25 days of ABS.  You can do them at any gym or in your home.  Then, check in on Facebook, with #POWChristmasCrunch.  This will let us know you have complete the day’s AB workout.  Every time you check in and show that you have done the workout, your name will be added to a raffle drawing.  If you do 25 days, your name will be added 25 times.  We will pull the winner’s names after Christmas Live on Facebook (exact date and time to be announced).  Prizes will include a wide variety of gift cards.  If you are not a member of POW! you can still win!

We encourage you to invite your friends to join in and challenge each-other over the month of December.  The challenge will being this Friday, December 1st.  I have attached the pdf that give you a better idea of type of routines. The routines become more challenging as the month goes on.  You are never going to be doing the same program twice.  Each day the core is broken into sections.  This is also to help prevent injuries.
