POW! Gym Chicago in the West Loop has been offering boxing classes and training for over 15 years. This is an example of a daytime boxing classes. We utilize the track and sled as often as possible. This is an all level class. The goal is to get the right balance of technical instruction, footwork training, mitt work and conditioning.
A Great Boxing Workout
- extensive warm up including mobility training and shadow boxing
- 3 rounds that were 5 minutes in length
- after each round, everyone jumped rope and did a100 foot sled push.
