Although this video was filmed at the old location of POW! Gym Chicago, it is a great one to add to your training program.  The goal is to make your cross jab more explosive.

This training tip is one way to improve your striking. I have wrapped a figure -8 styled tube around my shoulder. The addition of the resistance is a great way to highlight the use of your legs and recoiling your body after each punch.
