Mondays

  • 4:00p – 4:45pm, Pee Wee Junior Judo, Requires Judo Gi  (4 & 5 yrs old)
  • 4:45p-5:30p, Pee Wee Beginner Judo, Requires Judo Gi (6,7,& 8 yrs old)

Tuesdays

  • 4:00-4:45pm, Tumbling & Fitness (4-7yrsold)
  • 4:45pm-5:30pm , Youth Boxing & Fitness  MUST BE 6 yrs old,  Requires wraps & gloves

Wednesdays

  • 4:00-4:45pm, Beginner Judo, Requires Judo Gi (6 & 7 yrs, New 8 yrs old)

Thursdays

  • 4:00-4:45pm, POW’s Parisi Pee-Wees ( Fun Fitness & Sports Agility) )4-7 yrs old)

Fridays

  • 4:15pm-5:00pm, Boxing & Fitness,Youth Boxing & Fitness  MUST BE 6 yrs old,  Requires wraps & gloves

Saturdays

  • 8:15am Ninja Warrior Tumbling (4-7yrs)
  • 9:00am-9:45a., POW’s Parisi Pee-Wees ( Fun Fitness & Sports Agility), (4-7yrs)
  • 10:45am-11:30am ,Boxing Fundamentals  MUST BE 6 yrs old,  Requires wraps & gloves

Sundays

  • 9:00am-9:45am Superhero Training Wheels (2-4yrs old)

  • 5:45-6:30pm, Total Conditioning: Tween/Teen Strength Training
  • 6:30-7:15pm  Teen Yoga/Stretching, Must be 13 years or older

Thursdays

  • 4:45-5:30pm Tween/Teen Boxing, Requires gloves & wraps.
  • 5:30pm-6:15pm, Total Conditioning (Fun Fitness & Sports Agility)

Fridays

  • 4:15-5:00pm Boxing & Fitness, Requires gloves & wraps.  This class is up to 6 to 10 years old

Saturdays

  • 9:00-9:45am Thai Boxing & Self-Defense, Requires gloves, shin guards & wraps.
  • 10:00-10:45am, Total Conditioning,(Fun Fitness & Sports Agility)
  • 10:45—11:30am Youth Boxing Fundamentals, Requires gloves & wraps.  This class is up to 6-12 years old
  • 10:45—11:30am Intermediate Boxing, Requires gloves & wraps.  This class is up to 12 years old
  • 11:45-12:30am Teen Boxing & Conditioning,Must be 13 years or older

Saturdays

  • 10:30am-11:15am  Tween/Teen Strength Training Progressions (11-15 yrs)

                                                                                                     

17-18 years
These classes are recommended for teens beginning in our program.  All classes are 45 minutes in length.  These classes are part of our adult membership.  The classes listed below are a great place for older teens to start.  If you would like your teenager to train with us, please reach out to the Owner, Katalin@powkickboxing.com.
