POW! FITNESS CLASS OPTIONS
POW! Interval Training (45 minutes)
✓ High-intensity functional strength training using kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, battle ropes, and speed-focused conditioning exercises designed to boost metabolism, build lean muscle, and improve athletic performance.
POW! Strength (45 minutes)
✓ Progressive personal strength training with medicine balls, sled pushes, barbell lifts, kettlebell work, and heavy compound movements to develop maximum strength, power output, and performance capacity.
POW! Strength & Mobility (45 minutes)
✓ Combines heavy strength training with dedicated mobility and flexibility work throughout the class to improve movement quality, prevent injury, enhance performance, and build functional adult fitness.
POW! Total Body Performance Conditioning (45 minutes)
✓ Athletic performance and speed training featuring landmine exercises, curve treadmill sprints, medicine ball slams, resistance band work, and functional movements that build speed, strength, endurance, and explosive power.
*Most classes can accommodate individuals who are managing an injury. Make your goals vocal with our coach and feel free to arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
