Nutrition Coaching for Midlife

At Chicago Nutrition Coaching, we help real people in the Chicago area fuel better, feel better, and perform better—without extreme diets.

  • Group nutrition coaching for adults and teens
  • 1:1 nutrition coaching for extra support
  • Focus on women 40+, busy adults, and teen athletes

Coaching Style: The Power of Addition

My approach is based on one core idea: We add what your body needs before we worry about what to take away.

We focus on:

  • Adding enough protein to support lean mass and recovery
  • Adding smart carbs and fats to fuel work, life, and training
  • Adding structure to meals and snacks so you’re not guessing
  • Adding changes one step at a time so they actually stick

No shaming. No perfection. Just clear coaching and accountability.

Group & Private Coaching for Adults, Teens, and Athletes

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Work with me privately for fully customized support.

Ideal if you:

  • Prefer private, highly personalized coaching
  • Are navigating perimenopause or menopause
  • Need midlife nutrition guidance
  • Have specific performance or body composition goals

We’ll look at your life, schedule, training, and goals—and build a plan that fits.

Group Nutrition Coaching

Small-group coaching gives you a plan, support, and real coaching—not a lecture.

Each group includes:

  • Weekly live small-group sessions (max 6 people per group)
  • Simple meal and snack structure that fits your lifestyle
  • Guidance for busy schedules, training, and family life

Tools to stay consistent without tracking every calorie.

Who I Work With

  • Men and Women 40+ wanting strength, energy, and confidence
  • Active adults or teens needing nutrition guidance and clear fueling strategies
  • Busy adults and parents who need structure without extremes
  • Off-season athletes trying to add muscle and weight the right way

Nutrition Coaching Options

Menopause nutrition coaching is designed to support women navigating hormonal changes, metabolism shifts, body composition, energy, and strength during midlife. The focus is on fueling your body in a way that supports muscle, bone health, recovery, and long-term vitality—without restrictive dieting or extremes.
I am the author of Nutrition for Women Navigating Menopause, and my approach reflects what I see work in real life: adding what your body needs, building sustainable habits, and aligning nutrition with strength training and an active lifestyle.

Coaching is available one-on-one for personalized support, as well as group nutrition coaching for women who want education, structure, and community while making meaningful, lasting changes.
This is nutrition for women who want to feel better, get stronger, and thrive through menopause and beyond.

Youth nutrition coaching is educational, positive, and judgment-free. I help kids and teens understand how food supports their energy, growth, confidence, and athletic performance in a simple, age-appropriate way.
This is not clinical nutrition. I do not treat eating disorders or medical conditions. Instead, I work with kids who want to feel better, fuel their activities, and build healthy habits in a supportive environment where nutrition is taught as a tool—not a rule.

I offer group coaching (5 sessions plus one one-on-one session) as well as private one-on-one options for families who prefer individualized support.

The goal is to help kids and athletes learn that nutrition can be fun, empowering, and part of a healthy, active life.

The sports nutrition approach is designed to support training, practices, games, and competition. We focus on fueling strategies that match the demands of the season—so athletes show up with energy, recover faster, and perform consistently when it matters most.

Food is the most controllable variable in an athlete’s life. When used intentionally, it becomes a powerful tool to create a competitive edge—not just in performance, but in durability, focus, and confidence.
Sessions are offered one-on-one and tailored to the athlete’s sport, schedule, and goals. For athletes in the off-season, we can also focus on strategic weight gain, building lean mass to support strength, power, and long-term performance.

This is practical, performance-based nutrition—built to help athletes train better, compete harder, and develop habits that last beyond the season.

My approach to adult nutrition focuses on fueling your life, training, and long-term health—not restriction, extremes, or short-term fixes. We prioritize protein, balanced meals, energy support, and habits that work in real life, especially for adults navigating changing bodies, busy schedules, and performance goals. I offer two ways to work together:

Group Nutrition Coaching
Our group program includes 6 structured sessions focused on education, habit-building, and accountability—including one private one-on-one session to personalize your nutrition plan. You’ll get expert guidance alongside community support, making it easier to stay consistent and motivated.

One-on-One Nutrition Coaching
If you prefer a fully individualized approach, you can book private one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, and needs.
Both options are designed to help you feel better, get stronger, and create sustainable nutrition habits that last.
