The Parisi Speed School at POW! Parisi Speed School Programs

All athletes are onboarded with the Parisi Speed School Athlete Evaluation. During this comprehensive assessment, our Performance Coaches measure key elements of speed, agility, strength, and movement quality to establish a clear picture of the athlete’s current abilities. Using validated Parisi testing protocols, we identify strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and evaluate how well the athlete moves through essential athletic patterns. This provides us with a baseline and also allows us to get to know your athlete.

Following the evaluation, coaches sit down with the athlete, parents and guardians to provide feedback and share the results of the evaluation. POW!’s Parisi Coaches will also give the most appropriate training path within our program. Our goal is to offer long-term athletic development and a plan for measurable improvement. Metrics included in our evaluation include: vertical jump, broad jump, 5-Hop, 10 & 20 yard dash, 5/10/5, chin-ups and 200 yard endurance run. Additional assessments included: running, change of direction and deceleration analysis, as well as mobility screening.

Elite Sports Performance classes are catered to older teenagers. They include athletes between 15-19 years of age who possess a solid athletic foundation and are likely playing at a varsity/high level. Performance Coaches still focus on speed and strength mechanics. These classes offer progressions from the Parisi fundamentals. As the foundation of speed and strength training becomes second nature to an athlete, they are ready for more challenging applications. Performance Coaches tailor many of the training applications in Elite Speed sessions to an athlete’s sport and position. These classes also address an athlete who has an injury and makes adjustments for a return to play strategy. Elite athletes can expect a more comprehensive training prescription during all classes. As athletes communicate with our coaching staff, we are able to design speed and strength programs to address areas of need. At this level, coaches also expect athletes to be ready to enhance their athletic IQ by grasping the training techniques. By doing this, athletes maximize their time at the Parisi Speed School. A Parisi evaluation is required to onboard an athlete into our program.

Elite Adult Sports Performance athletes typically enter with a strong athletic foundation and experience competing at the college level or beyond. Coaches continue to refine speed, agility, and strength mechanics while advancing athletes through tailored progressions that build on Parisi fundamentals. Once foundational skills become second nature, athletes are ready for more complex, sport-specific applications. Training is customized to each athlete’s sport, position, and—in some cases—return-to-play needs following an injury. Elite Adult athletes receive a comprehensive training prescription in every session. Ongoing communication with our coaching staff allows us to design speed, agility, and strength programs that target specific performance goals. At this level, athletes are expected to elevate their athletic IQ by understanding and applying coaching cues and technique refinements, maximizing the impact of their training. Many athletes achieve the greatest results by combining private sessions with group classes. A Parisi evaluation is required to onboard athletes into the program.

This program features our signature speed and strength curricula, providing foundational progressions that enhance speed, agility, and performance mechanics. The Parisi Total Sports Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to safely challenge teen athletes while mitigating injuries. During our classes, we are also exposing athletes to proper training etiquette and how to communicate and advocate for themselves. Our Performance Coaches are amazing at building a rapport with teen athletes, which leads to a more positive and tailored training experience. Total Sports Performance athletes can expect a lot of mechanical corrections to enhance their movement awareness.

Class curricula enhance technique for speed, agility, and strength. It is widely believed that 13-18 years of age is the most ideal age for the development of speed, strength, and power over an athlete’s lifetime. Therefore, our Parisi Performance Coaches focus on the details and critical specifics that are the basis for athletic success. A Parisi evaluation is required to onboard an athlete into our program.

Athletes in this program build their athletic foundation through structured, focused, and engaging classes. Coaches teach speed and movement mechanics with clarity and purpose, shaping strong gross motor patterns for elementary-aged athletes.

The Parisi Jump Start Program uses current research to develop coordination, confidence, and a solid physical base. The signature speed and strength training methods are presented with a fun and friendly training spirit. Training is serious in intention but delivered in a friendly, motivating environment with age-appropriate speed and strength work.

Classes may be divided into a Jump Start I and Jump Start II to ensure appropriate progressions and individualized attention. Our Sports Performance Coaches are trained to motivate, challenge, and support each athlete while delivering developmentally appropriate programming. Jump Start builds the foundational athletic skills kids need to excel. A Parisi evaluation is required before onboarding.

Sports nutrition is a powerful tool for enhancing performance, recovery, and long-term athletic development. By understanding how to fuel properly—what to eat, when to eat, and how nutrition supports training loads—athletes can train harder, recover faster, and reduce their risk of injury. At POW!, athletes can schedule dedicated sessions with Coach Katalin, Sports Nutrition Coach, and POW! Director, to establish clear goals and build a personalized strategy that aligns with their sport, season, and performance needs.

Whether an athlete wants to improve overall performance, refine body composition, or gain muscle during the off-season, individualized and group sports nutrition sessions are available. Coach Katalin works closely with each athlete to assess current habits, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a nutrition plan that supports both immediate success and long-term development. With the right fueling strategy, athletes experience increased energy, better recovery, and confidence in their ability to meet the demands of their sport.

Team Training at the Parisi Speed School delivers a unified, high-performance program designed to elevate an entire roster. Using Parisi’s proven speed, agility, and strength methodology, we help teams move better, play faster, and compete with greater confidence. Sessions focus on improving key athletic qualities—acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, linear and curvilinear speed, mobility, strength, and injury resilience—while reinforcing the communication, discipline, and accountability that winning teams depend on.
