I’m passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and consistency through coached training. I believe movement is critical for both athletes and adults to feel empowered in their bodies, and that support and accountability are key to long-term success.
I have a background in exercise science and hold a personal training certification through the NCSF. I also played collegiate football at Millikin University as a linebacker, an experience that shaped my appreciation for discipline, effort, and showing up with purpose — values I bring into every session on the floor.
Outside the gym, I enjoy watching anime, playing recreational basketball, and I believe that balance plays an important role in long-term health and performance. My favorite strength exercises to pair together are back squats and squat jumps, and my favorite movie growing up was The Lion King.
