Elvis Rodriguez

Facility Supervisor

I’ve been a part of the POW! community for over 15 years, and I take a lot of pride in helping keep the gym clean, safe, and running smoothly. My dedication, consistency, and attention to detail are a big reason why POW! is known as one of the cleanest and most well-maintained gyms in the city.

I was born and raised in Chicago, growing up in Wrigleyville during the 1980s and later in the Humboldt Park area throughout the 1990s. I graduated from Carl Schurz High School in 1999 and attended Lincoln Tech Vocational School, where I studied Mechanical Engineering for two years. That hands-on background has played an important role in maintaining the gym’s equipment, safety, and day-to-day operations.

I’ve always enjoyed sports, especially baseball and softball, and I’m a lifelong fan of the New England Patriots, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, and WWE wrestling. My pride in Chicago and my long-standing commitment to POW! reflect the loyalty and work ethic I bring to my role every day.

Outside of work, Elvis enjoys cooking, playing video games, and spending time with his son — especially attending his games and supporting his activities. He also loves hanging out with friends, making people laugh, and enjoying a good time whenever he can.
