Parisi Speed & Performance Coach | Strength and Conditioning Coach

I’m a Performance Coach who’s all about helping people reach their next level. I believe everyone has a light within them, and my role is to help unlock that light so we can shine together. Whether I’m coaching athletes or adults, I bring energy, intent, and purpose to every session, pushing people to work hard, move with confidence, and believe in what they’re capable of.

I spent four years at Indiana State University majoring in Criminal Justice while competing at the Division I level in football. Growing up, I played basketball, football, and baseball, and my football journey continued with one year of NFL experience. Alongside my athletic background, I’m CPR and First Aid certified and Parisi Performance certified, allowing me to blend real-world experience with structured, high-level coaching.

Outside of the gym, I’m a proud breakfast food connoisseur, a lifelong student of the game of basketball, and always down for an adventure to a new state or country. I believe enjoying life, staying curious, and finding balance are crucial.
My favorite strength exercises to pair together are Bulgarian split squats and single-leg box jumps — I love contrast work. My favorite movies growing up, and still favorites today, are Rush Hour, Rush Hour 2, and Superbad.
