I’m an athlete and a lifelong student of both physical and social disciplines. I studied sociology, psychology, and philosophy at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I developed a deep interest in human behavior, resilience, and performance. My academic background complements my competitive mindset and shapes how I approach training, leadership, and personal growth.
I’ve been playing sports my entire life, growing up rotating through soccer, softball, and basketball before eventually focusing on field hockey and lacrosse in high school. I continued playing field hockey at the collegiate level, where I served as president of the team. Those leadership roles helped sharpen my discipline, teamwork, and accountability. Over time, my interests evolved toward combat sports, where individual responsibility and mental toughness play a central role.
I’ve been training Muay Thai for five years and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for three years. I hold a blue belt in BJJ and have competed ten times in the sport. Since beginning my fight career in June 2024, I’ve competed twelve times with an overall record of 8–4, including two kickboxing bouts. Two of my fights took place in Thailand, where I lived and trained for two months, deepening my experience and appreciation for the cultural roots of the sport.
Outside of competition, I enjoy strength training, with my favorite pairing being Bulgarian split squats and front squats. My favorite childhood movie — then and now — is Monsters Inc.
