I’m a newly certified personal trainer and excited to join the POW! team while continuing to learn from some of the best coaches in the industry.
I bring a unique blend of athletic experience, performance mindset, and inclusive coaching to every session. With a background in professional wrestling, I understand the importance of strength, conditioning, resilience, and body awareness — both physically and mentally. My coaching approach is also shaped by my work as an ensemble member with Mudlark Theater in Evanston, where adults mentored youth actors. That experience helped me develop a compassionate, encouraging communication style that meets individuals where they are.
I previously worked as a Head Coach at F45 and coached at Orangetheory, giving me a well-rounded perspective across group fitness, functional training, and high-energy performance environments. This diverse coaching background allows me to confidently support beginners, athletes, and adults returning to exercise with structure, empathy, and intention.
I’m passionate about helping people build confidence through movement, and I believe strength training should feel empowering, accessible, and sustainable at every stage of life.
