Athletes in this program build their athletic foundation through structured, focused, and engaging classes. Coaches teach speed and movement mechanics with clarity and purpose, shaping strong gross motor patterns for elementary-aged athletes.
The Parisi Jump Start Program uses current research to develop coordination, confidence, and a solid physical base. The signature speed and strength training methods are presented with a fun and friendly training spirit. Training is serious in intention but delivered in a friendly, motivating environment with age-appropriate speed and strength work.
Classes may be divided into a Jump Start I and Jump Start II to ensure appropriate progressions and individualized attention. Our Sports Performance Coaches are trained to motivate, challenge, and support each athlete while delivering developmentally appropriate programming. Jump Start builds the foundational athletic skills kids need to excel. A Parisi evaluation is required before onboarding.
