The Parisi Total Sports Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to safely challenge teen athletes while mitigating injuries. During our classes, we are also exposing athletes to proper training etiquette and how to communicate and advocate for themselves. Our Performance Coaches are amazing at building a rapport with teen athletes, which leads to a more positive and tailored training experience. Total Sports Performance athletes can expect a lot of mechanical corrections to enhance their movement awareness.

It is widely believed that 13-18 years of age is the most ideal age for the development of speed, strength, and power over an athlete’s lifetime. Therefore, our Parisi Performance Coaches focus on the details and critical specifics that are the basis for athletic success. A Parisi evaluation is required to onboard an athlete into our program.
