All athletes are onboarded with the Parisi Speed School Athlete Evaluation. During this comprehensive assessment, our Performance Coaches measure key elements of speed, agility, strength, and movement quality to establish a clear picture of the athlete’s current abilities. Using validated Parisi testing protocols, we identify strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and evaluate how well the athlete moves through essential athletic patterns. This provides us with a baseline and also allows us to get to know your athlete.

Following the evaluation, coaches sit down with the athlete, parents and guardians to provide feedback and share the results of the evaluation. POW!’s Parisi Coaches will also give the most appropriate training path within our program. Our goal is to offer long-term athletic development and a plan for measurable improvement. Metrics included in our evaluation include: vertical jump, broad jump, 5-Hop, 10 & 20 yard dash, 5/10/5, chin-ups and 200 yard endurance run. Additional assessments included: running, change of direction and deceleration analysis, as well as mobility screening.
