What’s the Cost?

POW! is introducing this program at a special launch rate of $89 per week, requiring a 12-week commitment to ensure sustainable results. Short-term efforts, like eating better for just one week, won’t create lasting changes in nutrition, weight, body composition, or digestion. This program is designed to help you build long-term habits for success.

The first 15 participants will have the opportunity to choose how many sessions per week they want for the $89 weekly rate. As a bonus, there’s no enrollment fee, saving you $99! Scheduling will be managed through our app—just click the Semi-Private Membership Tab, view the schedule, and book your session.

We’ll begin with 3 participants per session and expand to 4 clients per session as we grow. Each session will last one hour and be guided by a coach (Katalin and Lizzie at launch).

What to Expect During a Session
When you arrive, your coach will guide you through your personalized program, preloaded onto a tablet. Each movement is tailored to your unique abilities and mobility. If something feels off—like a stiff shoulder from sleeping wrong—your coach will adapt your plan on the spot, providing alternative movements or rehab-focused adjustments to ensure you stay on track.

After the Introductory Rate
Once the initial launch offer is complete, clients can choose between two flexible options:

  • 2X per week
  • 3–5X per week

You’ll also have the choice of committing to a lower annual rate or opting for a more flexible open program, which allows you to cancel with just one week’s notice.
