POW! offers classes that build strength, confidence, and a diverse range of athletic skills. Training with the POW! staff will make you feel better mentally and physically. Our programs are fitness-driven and offer a safe, supportive training environment. Our adult fitness program offers amazing boxing and muay thai classes which are supported by a well-rounded functional strength training program. The adult fitness classes offer strength, conditioning, interval and performance training. Our youth students have the opportunity to learn boxing, muay thai kickboxing, and self-defense, while enhancing their athleticism. We believe strongly in the power of confidence-building , and we work daily to instill confidence through motivating and structured training.
We are also proud to offer our Parisi Speed and Sports Performance program to teams. This gives us a chance to share the success we achieve in our classes with athletes all over the city. Our youth program also offers birthday parties on the weekend to Chicago-land families and camps that leave kids with their best summer memories.
