Gym, we focus on teaching you how to punch and kick correctly before allowing you to push yourself in our “combat rounds”. Injuries from hitting targets incorrectly or kicking a pad wrong are not worth the extra 100 calories you could burn. However, the better your technique is when throwing punches, elbows, knees, round kicks – the better your workout.
