POW! camps will be smaller and run like a private program this year. We are excited that we will have the opportunity to run our program. Some themes have been changed to become compliant with the current guidelines.

Most of our camps will feature sports conditioning, active games or sports performance. We are handling all registration for camp in person or over the phone. Contact us directly to request additional information: Lizzie@powkickboxing.com. All registrations will be done through our administrators. We are not taking any online registrations.

Parents will have several new rules to follow, but our staff is happy to educate you and do everything we can to make you and your family feel comfortable. AS a mother and business owner, I am just so grateful to be open and miss seeing and teaching kids.

We will run our new teen camps. While we will change some of our field trips, we are still planning on walking the City. This camp will still combine a daily workout with City adventures. Your teen is expected to exercise self-control and discipline as it is a different world. Examples of this include remembering their own backpack, wearing their mask, sanitizing their hands when instructed. I hope that our POW! teens will enjoy exploring their City, talking to their peers, and being inspired to think dynamically. They will discover that Chicago has influenced so much of the world.
